18 years of running a dance school, I saw first-hand the pressures that come with teaching, training, creating, and performing. The constant drive to deliver, the emotional demands, the long hours - it can take a real toll. I understood it, because I lived it.
That experience inspired me to train as a counsellor and create Spotlight Support - a space designed for those in the performing arts industry who give so much of themselves, often without taking time to pause.
Through Spotlight Support, I offer counselling tailored to the unique challenges of this world - helping performers, dancers, teachers, and creative professionals manage stress, build resilience, and reconnect with their purpose. It’s about providing understanding, guidance, and a safe space for those navigating the highs and lows of a demanding but rewarding career.

The goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where people can explore their feelings, develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and learn valuable tools to manage emotions.
'Together, we work towards overcoming obstacles & fostering emotional well-being, so you can shine brightly in all aspects of life!'
